Hi, I’m Hannah, and I teach people like you how to use yoga to improve your health and happiness.
I’ve been practising yoga for more than 10 years but I still remember how overwhelming starting yoga felt. I put off attending my first class for ages because I was worried about ‘not being good enough’. When I finally plucked up the courage to try a class, I felt embarrassed that I didn’t know what we were doing or understand the basic poses.
That’s why I’ve created Yoga Foundations. Over 3 weeks I will help you to learn the fundamentals of yoga from the comfort of your own home. You’ll join me live and interactive on Zoom each week, as we combine each of the core elements of yoga - physical movement, breathing techniques and relaxation - and help you discover the benefits of yoga for yourself. You’ll learn how to do some of the most common yoga poses and can ask questions in a small, supportive environment. Classes are recorded, and you get lifetime access to the replays, so you can practice any time you like!
By the end of 3 weeks you will feel confident enough to try any mixed-level yoga class.

Over 3 weeks you will…
Master the key yoga poses
Learn the technique for some of the most common yoga poses, including downward dog, warrior I, warrior II and tree pose.
Learn how to use your breath
Alongside physical postures, you will learn breathing and relaxation techniques, and understand what happens in a typical class.
Receive personalised tips
Classes are held live on Zoom in a small private group. Numbers are capped so I can provide more individual advice & options.
Feel calmer & healthier
Over the 3 weeks we will explore how to find calm, build strength and flexibility so you feel better in your body and mind.

Course Overview
Week 1: Strength
The first week will focus on building strength and power in your legs and bum. We will also explore how to breathe in yoga, and what ‘relaxation’ means in yoga.
Week 2: Balance
Together we will explore balance poses, helping you to find calm and focus. We will also build on the breath and relaxation techniques you learnt in the first week.
Week 3: Space
In our final week, we’ll do a sequence help you find space in your body, including some of the best-known yoga poses, and bring together everything you’ve learnt.
