In this LIVE training session, I'll give you an overview of how yoga can help you unlock better sleep - no matter your starting point!

I'm teaching you the 3 steps to improve your sleep quality so you feel well-rested, without having to spend lots of time or money - or resorting to sleeping tablets!

You'll learn what's going on behind the scenes when you can't sleep - perhaps you struggle falling asleep, wake up in the night or early in the morning or feel tired even after a full night's sleep.

I'll share some of the science behind ancient yogic practices so you understand why they really work, and you'll get to try a taster of these practices for yourself! Finally, I'll be breaking down the 3 steps to better sleep with yoga, so you know what you need to do and how you can realistically make peaceful nights of sleep your everyday reality.

    Meet your teacher

    Hi, I’m Hannah!

    Poor sleep was one of the main reasons that I started practicing yoga.

    I wouldn’t consider myself an insomniac by any means, but in the past have often struggled to stay asleep throughout the night and wake up feeling like I’d even slept at all.

    I know first-hand that sleep affects not only your night, but also the day ahead.

    I’d wake up feeling tired and unmotivated, and knew that there was something to be done about it.

    Through a combination of yoga and general sleep hygiene practices, I have quite honestly never felt better: a good night’s sleep really can change your life. 

    After my own experience its subsequently become my mission to help others improve their sleep quality: especially you busy people who often find yourselves looking after others. Sleep is essentially investing in yourself so that you can better invest in other people! 

    Not only will your sleep improve, but you’ll become stronger, fitter, and less stressed. And perhaps more importantly, you’ll feel good in yourself.
