Get confident to start yoga at home as a complete beginner

Totally new to yoga and don’t know where to start?

In this LIVE training session, you’ll discover how you can easily start yoga at home yourself so that you can quickly notice improvements in your physical and mental health.

You might not be sure if yoga is for you… but I can assure you that yoga really is for everyBODY! When I started I was unfit and inflexible and in this session I will be sharing how yoga doesn’t have to be like what you see on Instagram - it’s all about finding poses that feel really good in your body!

I’ll give you an overview of the 3 main parts of yoga and what to expect in a typical yoga class. I’ll also breakdown the steps you can easily take to feel confident enough to go to a mixed-level class.

We’ll also do a live beginners practice together so you can learn some of the most common poses like downward facing dog - and get personalised guidance from me on Zoom.

ANNNND if you join the session live I'll be sharing a special bonus to help you kickstart your yoga journey at home.

    Meet your teacher, Hannah

Hannah first started yoga for flexibility and strength. She wasn’t very flexible, and wanted to touch her toes. She soon discovered yoga was the perfect partner to a busy lifestyle, as she was able to destress and find calm like never before.

Motivated to help other “non-natural” yogis to discover the benefits of yoga, Hannah made the step to become a yoga teacher in 2021. She trained in hatha yoga and now enjoys helping people use meditation, movement and breathwork to feel happier and healthier.

Hannah’s style is relaxed and informal, with a focus on self-discovery. Her goal is to guide you to explore the benefits of yoga for yourself, whether that’s building flexibility and strength, moving outside of your comfort zone, or to find a little focus and slow down using your breath. Whatever brings you to yoga, she hopes to play a small part in your journey.

    • “I love how relaxed your classes are and I can come to one to challenge myself or just to relax depending on how I feel. After almost a year of your classes the niggly aches and pains caused by my desk job have vanished and I am loads stronger and more flexible. Your classes are also always fun - you can't ask for much more!”
